Earthquakes and volcano eruption in iceland - no worries

On the evening of March 16, a volcanic eruption resumed between Hagafell and Stóri Skógfell, occurring in the same areas as the eruption on February 8 the previous year. If you’re traveling to Iceland soon, it’s still safe to visit, as these eruptions have only affected a small, contained area.

✈️ AIR TRAFFIC IS OPERATING NORMALLY ! ✈️

Remember that volcanic activity is normal in Iceland and it is just a tiny little part of our beautiful island that is affected, all the rest is open and safe.
